Ingredients for Baklava Recipe

How to Make Baklava?

  1. First of all, we will start by preparing the dough for baklava’s dough. Take 3 eggs, 1 cup of milk, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 1 piece of baking powder, half a teaspoon of salt in a bowl. Then add as much flour as you can and knead the ingredients until you get a medium soft dough.
  2. Divide the dough into 30 equal parts. Open each piece with the size of the plates and sprinkle the starch on top of them. Thus, there will be three 10-foot dough tower.
  3. Now open each of these 3 groups to the tray size with a roller. Sprinkle walnuts or hazelnuts in between. Cut off the overflowing knees. Obtain a smooth square / rectangle. Rinse half of the 10 tablespoons of margarine on the tray before melting.
  4. Place the tray in the oven which is preheated to 180 degrees and follow the cups. When the flakes begin to fry, change the color slightly and pour the remaining half of the melted margarine into the tray. Then continue to cook until the bottom of the dough is red. Remove the tray from the oven and let cool.
  5. You can start the construction of sherbet while the cakes are cooled. 4 cups of sugar with up to 5 cups of water put in a pot and boil for 15 minutes. Then add a few drops of lemon and boil for another two minutes. Finally pour the sherbet into hot baked baklava. Enjoy your meal.
