Ingredients for Patty Recipe

  • 3 pieces of yufka

For sauce:

  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 1 tea cup of milk
  • 1 teacup of oil
  • 1 teaspoon of carbonate
  • 1 large egg
  • For internal mortar:
  • 300-350 grams of ground meat
  • 2 pieces of medium onio
  • 3 pieces of pepper or chilli pepper
  • 1 big red pepper
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • Half a glass of water
  • Black pepper
  • Cumin
  • Salt



How to Make Patty?

  1. Chop the onion, add the peppers that you chop and add some peppers.
  2. Add spices, garlic, salt and minced meat to this mixture. Add half a glass of water and knead them all. (At this point you can add some more water.)
  3. Mix the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl. Spread the first pillow into the tray you greased, and then move the edges from the tray. A little bit of liquid material. Do the same with the second and third pillow.
  4. The edges of all the yufk must be over the tray. When you expose the third pillow, you will have finished the liquid material. Close the edges inwards to create a rectangle.
  5. Place the shredded inner material with your hands. Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven. Remove the baked pastry and roll when it gets a little cold. Serve hot slicing.
